Young children grow quickly, and they can be encouraged to learn basic self-care from the start. In I Grow, a toddler shares all the things he can do independently to take care of himself and be kind and helpful. Children learn that they, too, can develop healthy habits to grow strong in mind, body, heart and confidence.
In addition to physical growth, I Grow also celebrates toddlers’ social and emotional growth. Along with the main character, young children will learn that they can do things independently, how they can take care of themselves, and ways they can be kind and helpful.
A section for adults includes tips and activities to encourage children as they grow and digital content includes additional ideas and activities for developing healthy habits.
