Dr Christine Ormond taught both secondary and tertiary mathematics for 20 years, during which time she also wrote a series of bridging mathematics courses for adult learners. In her role as a mathematics education lecturer at Edith Cowan University, she has since been focusing on the training of secondary mathematics teachers.
