Story Steps takes all the great things from Story Stuff and adds more detail. The workbook builds children up from creating sentences to creating simple narratives. Along the way they learn to include descriptive words, practise using joining words, learn about story scaffolds and work on story completion and creation activities. Both oral and written activities are included. The book is divided into 5 sections:
